Position: Salesforce Program Manager & Senior System Admin (Contract)

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly analytical, organized, and collaborative Salesforce Program Manager & Senior System Administrator to lead program delivery and provide frontline Salesforce support across our highly customized, enterprise-scale Salesforce environment. This hybrid role blends program management, Scrum Master facilitation, business analysis, and advanced Salesforce administration.
You’ll drive cross-functional planning, agile ceremonies, stakeholder communications, UAT and training, while translating user needs into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Experience in complex Salesforce environments is required; Agentforce experience is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do
Program & Delivery Management
- Oversee program planning, delivery timelines, and cross-team execution for Salesforce initiatives.
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Ensure transparency of program status, risks, and release roadmaps.
- Track and report progress against commitments, quality metrics, and delivery outcomes.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, release notes, workflows, and program artifacts.
Scrum & Agile Facilitation
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote continuous improvement and drive retrospective actions to completion.
- Remove impediments through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
Business Analysis & End-User Engagement
- Gather and translate stakeholder needs into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead and facilitate UAT sessions and functional demonstrations across multiple teams.
- Lead onboarding, training, and change management initiatives.
- Drive user adoption through structured communication and support.
- Build strong relationships with customers, users, and technical staff while fostering positive team dynamics.
Who You Are
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience across application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, or application hosting.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management.
- Ability to foster a data-driven, structured Agile culture.
- Demonstrated ability to balance team capacity, prioritization, quality, and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks; ability to coach teams in Agile best practices.
- Experience leading multi-functional project or scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms.
- Strong leadership presence with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration or implementation.
- Agentforce experience highly preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $60-$75 per hr (Depending on Experience)
