The Sales Skills Trainer will design and facilitate sales development programs that sharpen NEOGOV’s go-to-market edge. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to create consistent, scalable, and impactful learning that helps reps win smarter — from discovery through renewal.

Preference for applicants who can commute to our headquarters in Draper, UT but also open to applicants willing to travel onsite to Utah at least 4 times a year.

What You Will do



  • Deliver ongoing training on discovery, negotiation, storytelling, and sales methodologies
  • Build onboarding and continuous learning paths for XDRs, AE, AMs & SE.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with strategy and product updates.
  • Certify reps on sales competencies using assessments, simulations, and manager
  • feedback.
  • Track training effectiveness and report ROI through performance metrics.
  • Travel to Draper, UT office 4x per year for meetings (if you're not within commutable distance to Draper.)

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales training, enablement, or full-cycle sales.
  • Expertise in consultative or value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar).
  • Strong facilitation skills — both virtual and in-person.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring impact and identifying skill gaps.
