JOB SUMMARY:
The Partnership Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the success and growth of our strategic partnerships. This role focuses on day-to-day relationship management, partner onboarding, performance tracking, and operational support to maximize partner satisfaction and revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at communication, project coordination, and delivering value to partners through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific duties include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Support partner onboarding, training, and integration of our products or services.
- Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional support (sales, marketing, product) to address partner needs and drive mutual success.
- Develop and execute account plans for each partner to align with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Assist with partner marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and joint events.
- Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated partner records in CRM and other tracking tools.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to evaluate success.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or related fields.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries preferred but not required.
