Position Overview:
Intellect is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is designed for a marketer who is both strategic and deeply hands-on, with experience personally building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in B2B scale up environments.
The right candidate has experience owning the end-to-end execution of B2B digital campaigns, including promoting paid media execution, landing page performance, HubSpot campaign architecture, email marketing, social media martketing, and conversion reporting. You should be comfortable operating independently, setting priorities, and driving results for Intellect’s AI-powered QMS and Connected Frontline Worker (CFW) platform with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline, and brand growth for Intellect’s QMS and CFW platform.
- Creating holistic integrated campaigns in the following channels: Google and Microsoft ads, email marketing through HubSpot, and LinkedIn social media.
- Own hands-on campaign execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, ad copy development, bid management, budget pacing, and continuous optimization.
- Build, test, and scale paid search campaigns focused on lead quality, conversion performance, and cost efficiency.
- Partner closely with the creative leader and product marketing team to build and optimize high-converting landing pages aligned to campaign objectives.
- Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email campaigns in HubSpot and offers to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Build, manage, and optimize all campaigns within HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, lead nurture, lifecycle management, and attribution.
- Ensure all campaigns are accurately tracked and reported within HubSpot to support funnel visibility, pipeline contribution, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with sales operations leader to align campaign reporting with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Develop high-impact messaging for email, paid search, and social programs that clearly position Intellect’s AI-powered QMS and CFW solutions.
- Analyze performance data, surface insights, and proactively optimize campaigns to exceed KPI growth targets.
- Operate as an independent campaign owner, who establishes priorities, managing timelines, and driving execution without day-to-day oversight.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred; years of experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience building and executing digital demand generation campaigns at a growth-stage B2B technology company and/or digital marketing agency environment.
- Global GTM experience to North America and EMEA markets preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Google and Microsoft Ads, including ad creation, keyword strategy, campaign builds, and ongoing optimization.
- Proven experience partnering on or leading the development of high-performing landing pages and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Strong command of HubSpot for campaign execution for paid ads, email marketing, social media, marketing automation, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
- Track record of creating campaigns that drive measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day work and designing scalable campaign frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- PPC paid ad copywriting is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide optimization decisions.
- Experience targeting these B2B industries: manufacturing, life sciences, and enterprise businesses in a plus.
