Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Using your multiple years of experience selling data and/or data-related solutions into the mortgage market to retire multimillion dollar revenue targets.
Interacting with, and creating meaningful relationships with, all levels of an organization, from C Suite to individual contributors, to drive product adoption and sales.
Thinking on your feet and solving problems (with data) and consulting into purchase.
Knowing how to present material in an interactive way.
Knowing how to navigate the various business units, risk teams, influencers, and decision makers who affect and make decisions on complex deals.
Deep understanding of the mortgage origination process and loan fulfillment.
Detailed oriented individual who drives collaboration to close deals.
Proactively researches and maintains an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market conditions to fully identify client needs and demonstrate and articulate the CoreLogic value proposition.
Interfaces with AE: Drives engagement with AE and ensures a strong understanding of the value proposition of data solutions in his/her remit. Collaborates with the AE to drive the appropriate sales strategy for every account in his/her assigned book of business. Shares more in-depth knowledge of the solution and value prop and helps client understand how CoreLogic products/ solutions will help them. Partners with AE to negotiate and close new deals.
What does success as an SE look like?
Meets or exceeds annual revenue growth goals.
Informs various Cotality product owners of client and prospect feedback to help fuel product roadmaps and product value prop refinement.
He/She is a thought leader and a hunter. Someone who can, independent of their AE counterparts, develop relationships and generate new business.
Collaborates with internal CoreLogic team members and throughout the client organization to proactively solve problems and drive opportunities forward to close deals.

Job Qualifications:
Possesses in-depth industry knowledge that relates to product/ solution; deep knowledge of assigned CoreLogic products/ solutions; experience in solution selling; strong influence and negotiation skills; strong analytical skills. Strong learning agility. Takes initiative, are driven and possess a competitive nature.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years related sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional and professional demeanor
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Results-driven and persistent
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel skills
Basic data and technical competencies
Organizational and project management skills
Able to thrive in a fast pace environment
Annual Pay Range:
