Reporting to the President of Enterprise Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced enterprise sales professional to join our dynamic sales team in the global wealth management sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling complex wealth management SaaS and investment management solutions to large enterprises. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise wealth management markets (mega RIAs, large broker dealers/wirehouses, global bank trusts), exceptional relationship-building skills, high aptitude and experience in closing large deals, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Critical Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target enterprise clients in various segments of the financial services industry.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Execution:
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, negotiations, to closing deals.
- Present and demonstrate Advyzon’s capabilities to clients, effectively articulating our value propositions.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, onboarding, relationship management and customer support to ensure alignment and success in client engagements.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and reporting.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, report on sales activity, and adjust strategies as needed to meet performance goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and industry best practices.
Skills/Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of proven success in large enterprise wealth tech and investment management sales.
- Strong understanding of financial products, wealth management technology and investment management (TAMP) services.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Current Series 7 & 66 – preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
