About This Role
As deal volume and complexity continue to grow, Omnissa is investing in strong leadership to scale our commercial operations. We are seeking a Senior Manager, AMER Deal Management to lead and evolve our deal governance function across the Americas.
This is a people manager role with broad cross-functional visibility and impact. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for deal structuring, pricing governance, and approval execution—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
This role plays a critical part in reducing approval turnaround times, improving deal quality, and enabling Sales to move quickly and confidently in a complex commercial environment.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Compensation & Benefits
This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is USD $117,100 – $195,200 per year. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
