Job Summary

The Sales Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the BizBone ERP platform. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored ERP solutions. The Sales Lead will manage the full sales lifecycle and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Position BizBone's ERP capabilities as an integrated solution that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new prospects, emerging trends, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outbound outreach, industry events, and referrals.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to improve conversion rates and outcomes.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and enablement sessions to remain current on platform enhancements and industry developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Additional Required Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of consultative or solution-selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or similar).
  • Understanding of government contracting, capture management, or business development processes is required for selling into regulated markets.
