@Orchard is looking to engage a Senior Sales Engineer and Solutions Architect, with exceptional consultative skills and experience in 5G Communications, Edge Computing, and SAT backhaul. This role will lead the pre and post-sales support of a client engineering easy-to-operate, hard-to-destroy technology that delivers unshakable security and performance for critical and enterprise operations.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer & Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of complex hardware, cutting-edge software, and mission-driven sales. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role. You will be the technical face of SEMPRE, working alongside the business development teams to show customers the “art of the possible.” You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and technical execution—designing the connectivity diagrams, overcoming technical objections, and shaping the future of edge processing and 5G resiliency.

Compensation
This role will be compensated through a base salary and incentives based on your performance as an individual and the company. The base salary will be determined by an assessment of the experience and qualifications of each individual and will be within a range of $130K to $175K.
