On-Target Earnings: (base + bonus) $400,000-$450,000+
Base Salary: $230,000-$250,000 (negotiable) + Uncapped Bonus Opportunities

[REMOTE] Vice President of Sales (high-end server sales exp. req.) Description 

Our client, a global systems integrator focused on compute-based platforms, is looking for a Remote Vice President of Sales to help lead the next phase of growth in the US. Reporting directly to the President, this role will set the direction for all sales activities and take full ownership of customer acquisition and revenue performance. This is a key leadership hire following the internal promotion of their long-standing VP of Sales. The US team has already built impressive momentum, achieving 109% growth over the past four years, and the company is now ready for a leader who can bring a fresh perspective and help accelerate continued market expansion. The right person will enjoy building new business development initiatives while also shaping the broader sales strategy. You’ll be stepping into a team with experience and tenure, so the ability to earn trust, align people around a vision, and identify opportunities to raise performance will be critical. With strong support from their overseas parent company and an active pipeline of potential acquisitions, this is a rare chance to help shape the future of a fast-growing organization at an important moment in its US expansion. [REMOTE] Vice President of Sales (high-end server sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Create a strategy for driving organic growth and oversee its execution 
•    Manage a high-performing sales team (10) and drive individual accountability
•    Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans
•    Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
•    Strengthen existing key relationships and participate in closing high-impact deals 
•    Travel to clients and partners to build and nurture critical relationships
•    Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, monitoring performance against targets
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales activities with overall business objectives 
•    Ensure the company consistently meets or exceeds established revenue goals

[REMOTE] Vice President of Sales (high-end server sales exp. req.) Qualifications  

•    5+ years of experience selling high-end servers (CPU, GPU, storage, etc.) required  
•    Business development background selling to large OEMs required 
•    25%-35% travel (domestic; primarily East Coast) required 
•    Annual international travel required; must live near an international airport 
•    U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency in the US is required for this position due to federal government/military contract requirements
