Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in managing medium to large construction accounts. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a book of business with a focus on contractors and construction clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and provides a supportive and respectful team environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $101,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of a diverse portfolio of clients and policies
• Provide high-quality service to clients within the contractors and construction segment
• Handle quoting and remarketing for both new and renewal business, as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and retention efforts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the agency management software

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are highly valued
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing medium to large construction accounts
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
