Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of surgical products to end-users within the ophthalmology sector.
- Leverage an existing network of eye care professionals to grow sales and market presence.
- Develop strong relationships with specialized surgeons to expand regional business.
- Focus on a single-product line strategy, with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in ophthalmic sales, particularly with surgical ophthalmologists and operating room exposure.
- Familiarity with channel management and navigating complex medical environments.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
