The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading a team of agency representatives in the Central region of the U.S., with a sharp focus on sales growth, profit enhancement, and the company’s overall success within their area of responsibility. This individual serves as the key liaison between the field sales team and other departments across the organization—including Finance, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Care—and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales (SVP). The ideal candidate will represent ProDriven Brands as the primary point of contact for the company’s largest independent accounts, at regional and national shows, and in close collaboration with members of various buying groups.
