Position Overview

Studyville is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help expand access to our High Dosage Tutoring services, ACT Prep Solution, ReadingImpact curriculum, and StudyTrack platform across key states and school districts. In this role, you'll connect with education leaders who share our commitment to student achievement and work collaboratively to bring our proven tutoring solutions to students who need them most.

You'll develop relationships with district administrators, curriculum directors, and school leaders to understand their instructional challenges and demonstrate how Studyville's solutions can support their academic goals. This position requires someone who can balance consultative relationship-building with disciplined sales processes and enjoys the mission-driven work of expanding educational opportunities.

 

Work Environment

  • This is a full-time M-F position; evening and weekend availability required as needed by the business
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Overnight travel required for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Work location: Remote - Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Launch multi-channel campaigns (calls, emails, social) via HubSpot sequences to stakeholders in education, districts, and schools  
  • Research and map decision-maker hierarchies, enrollment data, and budget cycles  

Solution Presentations  

  • Craft and deliver compelling demos of High Dosage Tutoring, ACT Prep Solution, and StudyTrack  
  • Align product benefits to district goals (e.g., test-score gains, intervention metrics, usage analytics)  

Account Development  

  • Build and deepen relationships within assigned key accounts to uncover upsell and renewal opportunities  in assigned accounts   

Sales Tools & Reporting

  • Log every activity, call outcome, and opportunity update in Salesforce  
  • Automate follow-up sequences and track engagement in HubSpot  
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy  

In-Person Engagement  

  • Plan and execute on-site visits, discovery meetings, and executive briefings when high ROI potential exists  
  • Represent Studyville at conferences, regional education events, and district planning sessions when necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in education technology or services
  • Demonstrated success selling to school districts, charter networks, or educational agencies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (or similar sales automation platforms)
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences including district administrators and executive leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with both remote selling and occasional regional travel
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Preferred

  • 3+ years selling K-12 education solutions or services
  • Experience with consultative sales approaches in public education procurement environments
  • Background in education (teaching, administration, or education support roles)
  • Experience attending and representing companies at education conferences or district-level events
  • Familiarity with academic intervention programs or tutoring service models
