DescriptionInside sales representative will concentrate on qualifying the inbound leads and converting them into sales. They will also participate in targeted outbound campaigns to help move our larger fleet.
Responsibilities
- Closed sales - Sell inventory generated by the fleet advisor team - jointly owns our quarterly GTV goals and post-lead funnel optimization
- Sales Velocity - Reduce time from lead to sale, target <2 weeks
- Customer Satisfaction - Ensure machine sales go smoothly for the buyer, NPS of >8 after 3 months.
- Price Realization - Ensure final sales prices do not degrade to reserve. Target price > 1.5X Liquidation Value
- Voice of Customer - Funnel product / service feedback to the product teams to ensure continuous improvement.
- Systems - This person will work to build systems and process for the inside sales team.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales skills - Comfortable negotiating, strong two-way communications skills, high natural optimism, good CRM system hygiene. A pattern of exceeding quota.
- Tech Savvy - enthusiastic tech tool user, can clearly articulate how their CRM augments their sales process & outreach.
- Machine knowledge / industry background - nice to have, but can be built over time.
- Partners, not Traders - Should be a banner carrier for the customer experience. High integrity, act as a partner - seek to become a true business partner for customers
- Get in the Cab- Should show personal ownership of customer experience issues and team performance. Looking for “we succeeded because” and “I failed because” type statements.
- Get Your Hands Dirty - No job is too small for the customer, not afraid to do as well as lead.
- Build Bigger - Has an eye toward increasing performance and hunger to outperform. Startup experience is a plus. A pattern of success and achievement. A strong desire and need to win.
