Join GE Aerospace’s Global Executive Talent Management team for a 12-week full-time internship in Summer 2026 to help shape enterprise-wide talent strategies that ensure we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time.
In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects related to talent assessment, talent development, performance management, and talent planning. You’ll support current initiatives by leveraging your expertise in talent management topics to translate best practice research into practical recommendations that shape future state approaches. Your data analytics skills will help deliver rigorous, data-driven insights that evaluate the effectiveness of current approaches and inform future strategies.
Potential projects: defining key talent metrics (e.g., quality of hire) and recommending measurement strategies; building executive-level interview guidance; helping to connect executive assessment and interview data and insights; shaping 360° feedback strategies for employee development; analyzing assessment data and linking to criterion data; designing and analyzing data from Voice of Customer surveys; other projects that emerge.
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled full-time in a Ph.D. degree program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Minimum GPA 3.0 / 4.0 scale
Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required. This role is restricted to U.S. persons. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
Available to work full-time for 12 consecutive weeks during May – August 2026
Strong Candidates Should Possess
Strong knowledge base in talent management topics (e.g., best practices and evidence-based approaches related to talent assessment, talent development, and performance management)
Technical expertise in talent assessment validation methodologies
Strong statistics and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data tool (e.g., R, Python)

The pay range for this internship position is $1,800-2,000 USD weekly based on a 40-hour work week. The specific weekly rate offered to a candidate is determined at offer stage based on factors including degree program and level of education.
